For over 30 years, Steve and Jim have designed, developed and built hundreds of commercial and residential projects throughout Connecticut. They are the principal owners of Lepore & Sons LLC, a fully integrated design/build/construction management firm with quality and commitment that has spanned two generations. Lepore & Sons LLC was recently featured in the 2017 Modern Home Builder Magazine.
Notable accomplishments are over 5 subdivisions, over 300 detached custom homes up to 6,000 sf and numerous detached commercial, light commercial and restaurant building throughout Connecticut.
Steve and Jim were instrumental partners that obtained approval of approximately 203 market rate apartments in a mixed-use project that will also feature commercial space in New Haven County.
Planning and Zoning/Construction Consultant
Karl has over 40 years of experience in the private and municipal sector with a portfolio that includes private development ranging from subdivisions of land from1 lot to planned communities of 200+ residents. Among his major accomplishments is a golf course community consisting of a 18 hole championship golf course, major inn, and a subdivisions of over 150 home sites.
As part of Karl’s municipal experience he was Land Use Coordinator for Land Use Departments for over 20 years. As part of his duties he oversaw the processing of all types of Land Use Permits. As part of that responsibility he gave guidance to Planning and Zoning Commissions, Wetlands Agencies, Zoning Board of Appeals, composing and enforcing regulations including FEMA guidelines for the towns.
Karl is considered to be an expert in the field and has appeared as an expert witness for both towns and clients. After his retirement 2010 Karl has acted as a private consultant to many clients in the land use field specializing in permits, variances, wetlands issues, enforcement actions, subdivisions, special permits, special exceptions, zone changes and many other land use activities. The success rate of clients that he has represented is 99%.

Diana is the broker and co-owner of West Wind Realty LLC located in Burlington, CT. She has 11 years of residential and commercial real estate sales experience.
Prior to founding West Wind Realty, Diana had over 30 years of institutional investment service experience. With over $104B in assets under management, she provided overall strategic pension investment direction for Fortune 100 companies. Past experience includes working with a premier institutional investment bank in Boston, asset management and pension actuarial service for a large insurance company and sales and relationship management for a global logistics supply chain company .
